The POW/MIA issue is one that has affected countless families and individuals throughout our nation’s history. We must remember those who remain missing and the families who continue to wait for their return. It is our duty to recognize their sacrifice and to support them in any way we can. This demographic is sometimes included in other events, but seldom will you see a POW/MIA event that stands on its own.
This event will be the first of its kind in the State of North Carolina and will include a memorial service to honor our special guests, as well as distinctive recognition for those who remain Missing in Action. A catered lunch is provided to all attending, including veterans and their families. Each POW and MIA family will receive a thoughtful gift to acknowledge their sacrifice and know that they are not forgotten.
